擰拉技術要點:
腳方面:
- 通常會上持板手這方的腳,極少會上另一隻腳,當右腳落地時。
- 腳要站穩,這才可以保證力由地起,左腳要用腳尖掂地,但主要重心都落在右腳。
身方面:
- 當引板時,身要轉左和收腹,身要微微傾左,這有助手肘提過,提升擊球質量。
- 當擊球時,身要轉右和挺腹,但擰拉的轉腰和收腹動作幅度比出台反手拉球較時,所以擰拉時的腰和腹不宜過大。
手方面:
- 手肘盡量提高和放在身前面,這樣是善用手的最大幅度,增加擊球距離,會提高命中率和擊球質量。
- 前臂要帶手腕內旋,以橫板為例,在引板時,板頭會指向大約6點至7點,在引板時,手肘是指向3點(右面),當完成擊球動作時,手肘會指向6點(下面),在迎前擊球時,手肘要固定在前方或微微迎前,不可以將手肘靠後或靠身體移動,這會擊球質量大大降低。
- 手在發力前盡量放鬆,當發力時手要收緊,當放鬆與收緊的差異越大,擊球質量也越大。
擰拉要點:
- 以右手為例,力由左至右,下至上發力,以12點為上,擰拉以上旋為主,擊球點大約在2點左右。
- 如果擰拉想以擰側旋較多,上旋為少,擊球點大約在3點左下之間,擊球點會因應來球的高低,旋轉的種類和強弱而調節。

Preparation and Footwork
- Watch the ball closely.
- If the coming ball is double-bounce or semi-long, then you can flick it.
- When the ball comes, step forward
Before Strike:
- Bend and rotate your waist.
- Lift your elbow a bit higher than your wrist
- Rotate your bat inside and cock your wrist. Keep the bat nearly horizontal.
Strike:
- Hit the ball at the highest point or at the early falling stage of its bounce
- Quickly rotate your hand and swing your forearm in foreword and upward direction.
- Keep elbow as the center of rotation.
