    重點 :
  1. 雙腿分開,看準來球,預計球的高度。
  2. 雙腳屈膝,重心降下來。
  3. 收腹,轉腰,腰帶動手向左下方拉開。
  4. 手肘要放在身體前面。
  5. 身體帶動手臂向右轉。
  6. 手臂向前向右上方拉開擊球。
    一般常犯錯誤 :
  1. 雙腳站立太直。
  2. 只用手力拉球。
  3. 手肘向下垂。
    Summary:
  1. Separate your legs. Look at the ball and estimate it bouncing position.
  2. Bend your knee. Transfer your weight downward.
  3. Rotate and bend your waist. Bring your right arm to left. Put your bat a bit downward.
  4. Lift your elbow. Put it the front of your body.
  5. Before hitting the ball, rotate your body and your arm to right.
  6. Swing your arm in upward and forward direction and hit the ball.
    Common Mistake:
  1. Stand too straight in the whole course of motion.
  2. Only user the power from your arm.
  3. Elbow pointing downward when swing your arm.
