重點 :
- 雙腿分開,看準來球,預計球的高度。
- 雙腳屈膝,重心降下來。
- 收腹,轉腰,腰帶動手向左下方拉開。
- 手肘要放在身體前面。
- 身體帶動手臂向右轉。
- 手臂向前向右上方拉開擊球。
一般常犯錯誤 :
- 雙腳站立太直。
- 只用手力拉球。
- 手肘向下垂。

Summary:
- Separate your legs. Look at the ball and estimate it bouncing position.
- Bend your knee. Transfer your weight downward.
- Rotate and bend your waist. Bring your right arm to left. Put your bat a bit downward.
- Lift your elbow. Put it the front of your body.
- Before hitting the ball, rotate your body and your arm to right.
- Swing your arm in upward and forward direction and hit the ball.
Common Mistake:
- Stand too straight in the whole course of motion.
- Only user the power from your arm.
- Elbow pointing downward when swing your arm.
